Rules and Guidelines

OVERVIEW

Wedding Rewards program is a loyalty program sponsored by Perfect Wedding Planner (PWP) through which individuals can collect points by purchasing services from Participating Wedding Rewards Vendors. Members are required to present the Wedding Rewards Membership Privileges card to Participating Vendors upon booking their service. Accounts will be automatically credited with the points they have collected. Members can then visit www.pwpweddingrewards.com to view their current account balance. Members may redeem their points for merchandise available at www.pwpweddingrewards.com.

ELIGIBILITY

Participants who are a registered bride or groom with Perfect Wedding Planner are automatically enrolled in Wedding Rewards. Participants who are not already registered with PWP must enroll for the Wedding Rewards program. To enroll, a participant may either enroll online at www.pwpweddingrewards.com and fill out and submit the onscreen form or by calling Perfect Wedding Planner at 516-625-1777. Once participants register, the number of points collected will be recorded and tracked by Perfect Wedding Planner.

COLLECTING POINTS

Participants collect points by purchasing services provided by Wedding Rewards Participating Vendors. Points may also be collected through other methods as offered from time to time. Participants will collect points for each purchased service as detailed on our Participating Vendors page. There is no limit to the number of points that may be collected. Points will be applied to the participant's account within 30 days of booking the service. Collected points are considered pending until services have been rendered and the participant is eligible to redeem.

Sponsor reserves the right to change the number of points awarded for services at any time during the program. Points collected through other methods may vary in value as disclosed on the promotional materials themselves. Sponsor reserves the right to change, add, or remove the vendors and methods by which participants can collect points.

If a participant believes that points were not properly accrued to his/her account, the participant must notify Perfect Wedding Planner within six months of their wedding date. Points may not be transferred to any other member or account.

If a participant cancels a booked service for which points had been awarded, those points will be deducted from the participant's account. In the event the wedding is cancelled and services are not rendered, all accrued points will be forfeited and returned to the awarding vendors.

PURCHASING POINTS

Participants may purchase points in 25-point increments for $25 per 25 points, on either a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Points may also be purchased by friends, family or others to add Wedding Rewards Points to a participant's account. Purchased points will be applied to the participant's account within 30 days of purchase. Once points are purchased, they are non-refundable. REDEEMING POINTS

Participants may redeem their points for merchandise, discounts, offers, and other items of value ("Rewards") listed in the Wedding Rewards Catalog section of the website while supplies last. The website will list the corresponding point value required to redeem each item. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the list of merchandise and other items available for point redemption, as well as their corresponding point values at any time for any reason.

The participant must accrue a minimum of 100 points to be eligible to redeem. To redeem points, navigate through the items listed on the website or any partner website. By linking to select Partner websites, your enrollment profile information may be shared with that Partner and will be governed by that site's privacy policy. You can choose any item still available for which you have accumulated sufficient points for redemption. Click the image corresponding to the item you wish to redeem and follow the links and instructions to complete the redemption process.

All point redemptions for products are final. Refunds, exchanges and other issues are governed by the Catalog vendor's terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and are not the responsibility of the Sponsor.

The participant may only redeem points after their wedding date and the services purchased by the Participating Wedding Rewards Vendors have been performed. Points will expire after six months of the wedding date. Any points remaining in a participant's account after six months of the wedding date will be forfeited without compensation. The points have no cash value and are only redeemable for offered rewards via the Wedding Rewards Program.

REFERRALS

Participants may only refer persons with whom they have an existing relationship. For each referred person who enrolls in the program within 14 days of the referral, the referring participant will be entered into the monthly PWP Wedding Rewards Sweepstakes where they can win select prizes and free Wedding Rewards Points.

Perfect Wedding Planner is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants in the program. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the program, collection or redemption of points, or a participant's compliance with these terms and conditions will be resolved by Perfect Wedding Planner at its sole discretion.
